With a calm powerful force the transformative energy of Kali is channelled through me.  With a direct and intense Saturnian style the body, mind and soul are transformed through kriya yoga, mantra, pranayama and group collective consciousness within the safe sanctified container created by me.  I have been trained in Kundalini yoga with an emphasis on yoga for recovery as well as an intensive transformative structure of Kundalini yoga, Rebirthing. I lead powerful workshops that use the alchemy of  kriya yoga, potent breath techniques, and lead mantra that metabolically alters the chemistry of the brain to facilitate change. I am also experienced and familiar with a more restorative and relaxing styles of yoga that can melt the body and mind into a more relaxed and peaceful state through guided meditation and slow intentional movement. A constant connection with the astrological energies assists mbbbbbe with a guidance system that allows me to take participants on a journey that assists them in opening a closer connection to the spirit of their highest form and awaken the sidhis that are dormant yet innate within all of us.
